Long COVID / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome / Myalgic Encephalomyeletis and Complex Chronic Illness
Do you have a health history so long that you can never make it through the whole thing with a new practitioner?
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome / Myalgic Encephalomyeletis, Fibromyalgia, Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, Long COVID, and similar conditions are complex, and treating them requires additional training and experience, and a practitioner who really cares and understands the experience and pace of these conditions. I love being a partner in the management of these conditions – so let’s create an individualized strategy for achieving your goals, that works at your pace.

Mental Wellness
I believe that everyone needs mental health care. You don't need a mental health diagnosis to seek help to improve your mood, learn how to manage racing thoughts, get to sleep quickly, and challenge negativity. If you often feel stressed, live or work in an environment that drains you emotionally, are neurodivergent, or are constantly battling systemic discrimination, I can help you build resilience and live life on your terms.
Healthcare should never hurt your mental health. I am committed to ensuring that your experience with me is safe, transparent, and based on respect.
I have a relaxed attitude towards healthy living and I always work towards minimizing anxiety around health. Very few healthy lifestyle changes are worth stressing over.

Inclusive Health Care
Going to the doctor can be incredibly anxiety-inducing. And all the more so if you worry about being discriminated against. You shouldn’t have to worry about your doctor:
getting your pronouns wrong,
making assumptions about your sexual orientation,
dismissing your concerns because of your race,
pushing culturally inappropriate treatments,
refusing you treatment because of your size,
coercing you because of your disability,
judging you because of your drug use,
or any other form of medical discrimination.
I’m deeply committed to being a safer space for LGBTQ2SIA+ patients, fat patients, disabled patients, patients of colour, and all other people who are too often mistreated by the healthcare system. I take a body neutral, sex positive, trauma-informed, harm reduction approach.
